he Studied at the Institute of proletarian fine art — the Leningrad Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture (1931-1939) Р. Р. Френца. In 1939 he did graduate painting "Chapayev division".

he Lived in Leningrad. He worked as a painter, landscape painter; author of the painting "the Lutsk breakthrough" (1940), "the defeat of the partisans of Hitler's motorcade" (1944), "defense of Sevastopol" (1945), "the Battle of Petersburg in 1917 году" (1956).

From 1939 — participant of exhibitions (exhibition of diploma works of artists Universities in Moscow). He exposed his works at exhibitions: sketches (1945), works by Leningrad artists (1948, 1954, 1958), the Spring exhibitions of works by Leningrad artists (1953, 1956) in Leningrad, all-Union art exhibitions in Moscow (1946, 1965), painting and sculpture in Khabarovsk (1947), and others. Held a personal exhibition in Leningrad (1954). Member of the Leningrad Union of artists — the Leningrad Union of artists.
