Painter.

In 1938-1941 he studied at the Odessa Art College. Studies, interrupted by the outbreak of the Second World War, continued in 1945-1946 at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after IE Repin.

Member of the Union of Artists since 1964.

participated in many Russian exhibitions, exhibited abroad, notably in Hungary.

Andreev worked mainly in the genres of landscape and portrait, paid attention to the military and patriotic themes. His paintings are known as "Morning spring" (1964), "Evening" (1967), "Dzerzhinsky Street in Kursk" (1980), "Portrait of the Hero of the Soviet Union" (1985), etc.

in 1979 in Kursk was his personal exhibition.

Painting Andreeva "The first days of liberation in Kursk" (1943-1947) is located in the Kursk regional museum.

Some other works by the artist are kept in the collections of the Kursk and Kaliningrad art gallery art museum.
