a Systematic art education, in all probability, had not. Worked as a landscape painter, genre painter. A member and Exhibitor of Moscow society of art lovers (1889-1913, with breaks). Participated in exhibitions of the St.-Петербургского society of artists (1894-1912, with interruptions), "Northern mug lovers of fine arts" in Vologda (1918) and others.

Works are in several Museum collections, among them — Irkutsk regional art Museum im. В. П. Сукачева Nizhny Tagil Museum of fine arts, State Museum of arts. А. Кастеева in Alma-Ате and others.
