From a noble family; brother of the painter Е. Д. Вучичевича. Original art education in the drawing school Н. И. Мурашко in Kiev (early 1890-х). He studied at the Imperial Academy of arts — Higher art school of painting, sculpture and architecture under the Imperial Academy of arts (1890-е) И. И. Шишкина; the advice И. Е. Репина. For the painting "Morning in Helgoland" received the title of artist.

1900 жил in Tomsk, where he was exiled for participation in revolutionary circles; from 1916 — in Krapivinskoe parish Shcheglovsky County, where he built a house with workshop. Worked as a landscape painter. Author paintings: "Morning", "Winter", "Evening", "Patio Finn", "In the woods", the "Bank of the Turgoyak", "Evening peace", "Autumn noise of lake Baikal", "Baikal frowned", "the salt Lake-Нур". He taught drawing at the Mariinsky women's gymnasium and theological Seminary.

From 1892 — participated in exhibitions. He showed his works at exhibitions: the society of South Russian artists (1895) in Odessa, in the halls of the Imperial Academy of arts (1897, 1898), St-Петербургского society of artists (1896, 1897) in St. Petersburg, Russia industrial and agricultural exhibition in Nizhny Novgorod (1896), 1-й periodic art exhibition in Siberia in Tomsk (1903) and others. His personal exhibitions were held in Tomsk (1906, 1912), Petrograd (1914), Barnaul (1915).

In 1919 was assassinated together with his family in his house; in 1920 в the Shcheglovsk was held a number of memorial exhibitions of the artist. In 2009 in the krapivinsky district local history Museum the exhibition timed to the 140th-летию with the birth of Vuchichevich.
