Brother of the artist Е. Е. Грейлиха. Formal art education is not received, worked under the guidance of his brother. The participant of the great Patriotic war.

he Lived in Donetsk (Stalino). Worked primarily as a landscape painter; the author of the paintings are: "Mother earth" (1949), "Dnepr" (1955), a series of landscapes of Donetsk (1950-60-е).

From 1936 — participated in exhibitions. Exhibited: 2-й (1949), 5-й (1952, devoted to the Day of the miner), 8-й (1957, dedicated to the 40-летию the October revolution) regional exhibitions of the artists of Donbass in Donetsk; works of the artists of Donbass, Voroshilovgrad and Donetsk regions in Voroshilovgrad (1956) and others. Held a personal exhibition in Donetsk (1963).
