he Studied at the Academy of arts in Tbilisi (1951), he studied under the guidance А. К. Кутателадзе, С. С. Кобуладзе.

he Lived in Lugansk (Voroshilovgrad). Author thematic paintings, portraits, landscapes, still lifes: "Friends" (1953-1954), "peaceful land" (1960), "Meeting Т. Г. Шевченко with А. А. Церетели" (1961, together with М. М. Шевченко"), "portrait of a calf, team leader Anna Shkutko. The farm “Лиман”" (1967), "Girl from SMU-1 Katya Parkhomenko" (1969), "In defense of Tsaritsyn", "В. И. Ленин in 1918 году", "Roses", "Evening", "Grey day", "Tractor" (all — 1950-60-е) and others.

From 1954 — participant of exhibitions (4-я regional art exhibition in Lugansk). A member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Exhibited: the works of the artists of Donbass (1956), 6-й the exhibition of works of artists of the Luhansk region, on the 40-летию the great October Socialist revolution (1957) in Lugansk; Art exhibition, devoted to 100-летию from the date of death Т. Г. Шевченко in Kiev (1961) and others. Honored artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1980).
