" David Noevich Goberman (1912-2003) - painter, graphic artist, photographer, art historian. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Academy of Arts. Apprentice N. Stipa , N. Lapshin , K. Rudakov . Studied Moldovan, Ukrainian and Jewish folk art. Author of over 20 books and albums.
«Naturno period of my work ends up in the early postwar years. Natura is optional. This could be the motive of nature in a peaceful rest or with restless scenes of trees, sad life with a crooked black vessel, finally, the human face - not a portrait, but a peculiar transformation thoughtful sculptural heads or masks "- so the artist spoke about his work.
