The work of Jeff Koons admitted plagiarism
the court of Appeal in Paris has agreed with the previous decision in 2017: porcelain sculpture "Nude" from the series "Banality" repeats the composition and details of operation "Enfants" ("Children") by French photographer Jean-Франсуа Bor. Photograph depicting a Nude boy and a girl, considering the flowers were quite popular and in 1975 published in large numbers in the form of postcards.

For illegal use of another's intellectual work and images photos "Enfants" in the organization of this exhibition the Centre Georges Pompidou and the company Jeff Koons LLC must pay the heirs of the photographer €20 000. And four thousand euros have to pay Koons Studio for publication the image of the sculpture on his website.
This is not the first recognition of the work of Koons plagiarism: in 2018, a court in France held another sculpture from the series "Banality" a copy of an advertising poster 1980-х years.
