The ranking of living artists at auction turnover according to Artnet
the Portal Artnet has published a rating of Top-100 the most successful living artists at auction turnover. Were taken into account results from 1 January 2011 to 18 may 2016.
Since last year (the last time artnet published statistics on the artists now living in the middle of October 2015) the picture has not changed much: the first dozen, all the same, only some of the participants are reversed. Full Top-100 living artists at auction turnover see here.

Gerhard Richter remains the undisputed leader among living artists, with an auction turnover of over $1 billion And it is only in the last 5.5 years. By a large margin followed by Jeff Koons (over $438 million of turnover for the period under review). Closes the three leaders of the American Christopher Wool with $378 million of auction turnover. 4@and 5 ndashе-е places are occupied by the Chinese Jojo Tsui and Zeng Fanzhi. And in this second ranking most of the positions occupied by numerous multi-million dollar sales of works by those same authors — Jeff Koons, Gerhard Richter, Cui Jojo, Christopher wool and others.
