It was discovered missing during the 1991 fire, the picture the artist Augustus Tomashki «Abduction Ganimedov». She was kept in a restorer podsobke the highest category in the Vladimir region. The painting was intended for sale on the black market and was estimated at 300 thousand dollars.
Job Tomashki, written in 1891, comes from the Museum-Estate of Count Hrapovitskogo in Muromtsevo (Vladimir region). After the fire of 1991 it had disappeared: it was assumed that it was burnt. Currently, the canvas size of 3 to 6 meters transferred restorers in Rossvyazohrankulturu.
P. S. August Tomashka - Moscow artist-designer of Czech origin, the former at the turn of XIX and XX centuries, in great vogue among the owners of estates.
