Architect, painter

From a merchant family; brother architects Alexander and Victor Vesnina. He graduated from the Moscow practical Academy. He studied at the Higher art school of painting, sculpture and architecture under the Imperial Academy of arts (1900-1909, with a break) at the architectural Department at Л. Н. Бенуа; studied painting and drawing under the guidance of Я. Ф. Ционглинского. Graduated with the title artist-архитектора.
