at the Central House of Artists in the International Fair of Intellectual Literature non /fiction was the seventh Antique Book Fair. The event, which ended December 4, was attended by eighteen galleries and private collectors. Among them were well-known foreign gallery «Shapero Rare Books», St. Petersburg gallery «PiterOldBook», gallery of Rostov-on-Don "Collection & Co." and a number of Moscow galleries and private collections. A relatively small number of participants is offset by a magnificent assortment of rare books.
Thus, private library, entitled "Beautiful books" presented to the sale of the first edition of the first book by Mikhail Lermontov "A Hero of Our Time"; first lifetime editions of Pushkin's "Poltava" and "Boris Godunov", the first book of Anton Chekhov's "The Tales of Melpomene," with an inscription by the author; Nekrasov's poem, as with his autograph, and many other rarities, including a luxuriously illustrated books published .
Gallery "Bq-Bureau" pleased with the first edition of the famous "Poor Liza" Nikolai Karamzin, a rare lifetime editions of "Tamir and Selim," Mikhail Lomonosov in 1750 and the first book Eugene Baratynskii " Ed and Peers "in 1826.

Most participants of the fair in the old hide the results of sales under the pretext of commercial secrets. It's a pity, because it boasts nothing. VII Antique Book Fair is over, but, according to organizers, the majority of the exhibitors at least as frustrated and intend to attend the next fair in a year.
