The rating is recalculated automatically as new auction results appear in the AI ​​database. The list excludes the results of "super-speculative" transactions or forced technical operations, when less than one year has passed between the purchase and resale of the work. The ranking of works is made in the order of the average annual profitability of transactions with art in US dollars.
