Painter

was Born in 1928 году. He studied at the Tashkent art school from his father — of the people's artist of UzSSR А. Н. Волкова (1944-1947) and the Tashkent University of the arts Department (1947-1952). In 1956 году became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He taught painting and composition in the MOSS memory 1905 года (1970-1980).
