Studied in the Studio of М. В. Леблана (1918-1920) and Н. П. Крымова (1923-1924) in Moscow.

he Lived in Moscow, in 1930-х was repressed. After his release he settled in Vladimir. Worked primarily as a landscape painter, cartoonist. In 1958-1960 engaged in industrial graphics.

In 1940-х designed productions in various theaters: Kazakh music and-драматическом theatre in Dzhambul ("Yong-Бек-Ери" Н. Баймухамедова, 1943; "Invasion" Л. М. Леонова, 1944), Kabardian drama theatre ("Voice of America" Б. А. Лавренева, 1949) and others. Has created a number of friendly caricatures: on the composer М. М. Ипполитова-Иванова (1934), painter Ф. Ф. Федоровского (1934), conductors А. Ш. Мелик-Пашаева and Б. Ф. Файера (1962).

From 1934 — participant of exhibitions (Exhibition of young artists of Moscow). Vladimir is a member of the AOA (1945); were exhibited at regional exhibitions in Vladimir (1949, 1954, 1957).

Works are represented in the State Central theater Museum im. А. А. Бахрушина.
