was the adopted son of the painter J. F. Tsionglinskogo, under his command was the first artistic skills.

In 1904-1912 he studied at the Higher Art School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture at IAH by K. Makovsky and Repin. Made friends with many of the avant-garde, in particular with NI Kulbin. He was a member of a group-based "Triangle" and participated in exhibitions organized by the group "Impressionists" in St. Petersburg (1909, 1910). In 1912 received the title of the artist's painting Empire and the right of a pensioner's travel abroad for two years.

After the expiration pensionerstva remained in France.

He painted portraits, landscapes and genre paintings. In the 1930's exhibited his work in the salon Independent. In 1947, held a solo exhibition in gallery "La Besi».
