41-й Russian Antique Salon will be held under the official patronage of the Ministry of culture. On this occasion, first Deputy Minister Vladimir Aristarkhov sent the organizers a letter which notes the importance for the artistic life of the capital.

His sculptures in the lifetime of the author have become popular among Russian aristocracy, and after the world exhibition in London in 1862, they began to actively acquire and lovers of hunting of England. Among others, viewers promise to show "after Lisinsky bear" —, a sculpture of a giant beast, standing on its hind legs, which nearly killed Alexander II on the hunt in the economy of Lisino in 1865. In addition to sculptures and objects of applied art, a special exhibition will be presented paintings and drawings. In particular, the painting "Landscape with grouse" by Vladimir Muraviev (1861-1940-е), watercolour "Hunting moose" Alexander Hrenov (1860-1926), etc.

among the thematic exhibitions galleries, the organizers of the Salon noted a few projects. Thus, the gallery "Russkiy modern" show "Travel of Russian artists" — exhibition of landscapes created in the creative journeys in the late nineteenth — the beginning of the XX century. There will be a "Yalta" by I. Krachkovsky, Eastern landscapes of David Burliuk, R. Sommer, A. Andronova, types of Russian nature F. Vasiliev, A. Lohovskogo, S. Kolesnikov, European landscapes of A. Bogolyubov, Konstantin Korovin, Alexander Benois di Stetto. Among the interesting exhibits will be a stereoscope of the early twentieth century with a selection of slides taken during his travels 1905-1913.

"Gallery of graphic arts" and "Antik-Инвест" will show the collection of works by artist and teacher Nikolai Nikolaevich Sobolev (1874-1966). Sobolev was the founder of the crafts Museum (its successor is the all-Russian Museum of decorative-прикладного and folk art), the author of many thematic monographs on the history of Russian decorative-прикладного art. The exhibition galleries will be 20 early graphic works of Sobolev — its floral motifs decorating the printed fabric and paper Wallpaper.

At the stand of the gallery "Kardasidis-арт" will be presented to the iconographic work of the XVI — XX centuries, as well as works by artists of the XIX — XX centuries: L. Gudiashvili, G. Artemov, A. Benoit, A. Lentulov, P. Kuznetsov. Central to the exhibition is devoted rare icon of the XVI century "Holy Archangel Michael". It is written on the Board with a deep ark, the Archangel Michael is portrayed frontally, her right hand holds a raised sword and in the left — sheath. The icon comes from the East-карпатского region. Previously, this piece was in the collection of Russian artists abroad of Boris Anrep, muralist, working in the UK.

Thematic exhibition "Artists-символисты beginning of the XX century" will meet visitors. the gallery "vellum". On the stand Lubov Agafonova will showcase the work of V. Borisova-Мусатова, A. Benois, L. Bakst, I. Nivinsky — artists poetic direction. Emphasis will be placed on graphic works. The exhibition will include paintings of "a Pensive Cupid" I. Nivinsky, "Decorative motive" by L. S. Bakst and other works that have a high collector value.

Gallery "Elysium" will present on the Cabin of his project "First name", in fact, announcing the expansion of the scope of his expertise to the art of the XIX century. In its thematic exhibition this time will include landscapes of Ivan Shishkin ("Summer track", the last quarter of the nineteenth century), V. Polenov ("Venice. Channel", 1897), I. Levitan ("Forest path", 1880-е).

Portrait genre in "Elysium" will be presented paintings of Ilya Repin "Cossack" and Konstantin Makovsky's "the girl with the carnation" (the end of XIX — beginning XX). The gallery notes that the image of the Cossack Repin echoes the Central character of the painting "the Cossacks writing letter to Turkish Sultan" — ataman Sirko, whom Repin wrote to General-губернатора of Kyiv city M. I. Dragomirov. The Association "World of art" at the stand of the gallery is represented by works of A. Benois, K. Somov, M. Dobuzhinsky, I. Bilibin. The work "Cave of Finn" Ivan Yakovlevich Bilibin (1876-1942) was reproduced by publishing house "Association of R. Golik and A. Vilborg" in the form of postcards in the first half — mid 1910-х years. The gallery will also show works of artists "Jack of diamonds": P. Konchalovsky, R. Falk, A. Lentulov, Larionov.

One of the Central pieces of the "First name" promises to become almost a meter of bilateral paintings of Svetoslav Roerich, 1923: on the one hand, "King Solomon", the other — "falconry". Tempera was previously in the Nicholas Roerich Museum in new-Йорке, and was later in the collection of the American collectors Horsham.
