Troshchinsky brush of Vladimir Borovikovsky, versions of which are in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery and the Art Museum in Sumy, to work "Beyond reality" Ilya Kabakov, published in 1977 in the famous book of Alexander Glezer, 'Soviet art in exile".

However, the most powerful and impressive unit consists of works of artists of XIX-XX centuries. Among them female portrait of Dmitry Kardovsky, whose provenance is the Guggenheim Museum, and the unique canvas of Paul Chelishchev Paris period; painting by Konstantin Korovin from the collection of F. Chaliapin and never exhibited work from the family of David Burliuk; for many years considered lost, a large-scale triptych Alexandra Exter and a sketch of Vladimir Makovsky for the painting "Party", stored in the Tretyakov gallery; important painting "the Procession" by Nikolai Ulyanov, which was on exhibition in new-Йорке in 1924, "the Boys on the river" by Abram Arkhipov, rare works by Boris Grigoriev and Ivan Puni, etc.

an Important role in the exhibition belongs to the paintings of David Burliuk, including his works of the Japanese period, almost unknown in Russia. The works of this master, who for many years worked in the US occupy a special place in the collection of Maya and Anatoly Bekkerman. In the days of the exhibition, the organizers plan to hold a scientific conference and presentation of the monograph "the Artist David Burlyuk", published by the Gallery "ABA" in 2016.

For fifteen years the gallery "ABA" is actively engaged in exhibition activities in the United States and Russia. Works owned by the gallery, took part in the largest Russian exhibition project "Russian futurism and David Burliuk" (2000) and "Russian Paris" (2001) at the State Russian Museum; "American artists from the Russian Empire" (2008-2009) at the State Russian Museum and State Tretyakov gallery; "Time to collect" (2012) at the State Museum-заповеднике "Tsaritsyno" and the State Russian Museum. In 2013 works from the collection of the owner of the Gallery "ABA" Anatoly Bekkerman was presented at the exhibitions "Philip Malyavin at the State Russian Museum and "Natalia Goncharova at the State Tretyakov gallery. In 2014 in the Pushkin Museum. A. S. Pushkin was held with great success the exhibition "Art as profession", which presented works from the collection of Maya and Anatoly Bekkerman. And a half months the exhibition was visited by about 120 000 people, and then part of the exhibition was shown at the State Russian Museum.

Exhibition activity of the Gallery "ABA" in the United States and Russia continues, despite the vacuum in the field of exchange of cultural values between the two countries in the last decade. Thanks to the activities of Maya and Anatoly Bekkerman, works of a galaxy of local masters were returned to the collections of Russian museums, the audience of the two countries were able to visit the splendid exhibition and to get acquainted with the works of Russian artists of XIX – XX centuries. The exhibition will become a bright new discovery for connoisseurs of Russian art, and the General public.
