Today was a perfect day for art sales: Sunny and cool. And indeed the results are quite good: sold 14 of the 20 lots, that is, 70 %

Given that the average at local auctions is now sold 52 % of the lots (and last year it was 46 %), the result is — significantly above the market. The word marked increase in consumer activity (which we can see on the indexes) — is a good sign. Usually it must be followed the price increase if regulators and other authorised pests do not have time to spoil all of the story. Most of the box office this time made of antique artists, the sixties and seventies "ensured a good turnout" — became the leaders in number of sold lots. Who bought it? This time exclusively Moscow with Moscow oblast and St. Petersburg.
