The Tretyakov gallery in conjunction with the Google Cultural Institute has developed a virtual exhibition based on the recently held within the walls of the galleries of the exhibition 150-летию Kandinsky

In the anniversary year, the Tretyakov gallery held an exhibition of V. V. Kandinsky. The two main works of the author was found in the halls on Krymsky Val. To continue the dialogue "Composition VI" and "Composition VII", the Tretyakov gallery together with the Google Cultural Institute, brought the project to the web-пространство. In the account of the Tretyakov gallery now presents 86 works. And the first virtual exhibition on Google CI will be "V. V. Kandinsky. Counterpoint: "Composition VI" — "Composition VII". It includes images of two works of Kandinsky from the collection of the Tretyakov gallery and the State Hermitage Museum in high resolution, extracts from the records of Kandinsky and comments of the critics. Complement project videos created by the company "Lab ABC" written by the curator of the exhibition Irina Romanovoi. Users can also listen to fragments of musical pieces by Austrian composer Arnold Schoenberg. It was after a visit in 1911 concert of Schoenberg, the author of the method of twelve, the artist began to search for the same expressive means in painting.
