Photography - an indispensable term of each museum of modern art, and therefore the choice of the first exhibition way or another, is a marker for determining its place in the system of values. The fact that a huge range of names and the opportunity to choose the authors long and actively leading personal blogs in LiveJournal, tells us of the desire of the curator to present not just a pretty picture, but (at least) the way that the existence of photos today.

think there is anything. Before our eyes, black and white picture of a broadly bromserebryanaya classes million turned into an elite graphics technology. The camera of meaningful technical enhancement minityuarizirovalas to additional functions, which are supplied with mobile phones or even (horrors!) Microwave oven. Yes, and way to showcase the photos with the advent of blogging has evolved significantly. The audience had long been a passive observer but an active participant and commentator. Moreover, the format includes a daily photo diary posting and a detailed discussion of each new photos online. The situation is almost incomparable to the traditional exhibition activity, where on a rare opening day for champagne by patting on the shoulder colleagues, saying the sacramental: "Old man, you're a genius!". Being himself, the blog author develops together with the audience, which can be considered an ideal model for the perception of contemporary art. Move this lively and creative practice in the traditional museum space is quite difficult. A simple but effective solution here is the format of the dynamic pair. It allows you to not only show the work of authors, but to provoke the viewer to a certain analysis, which compares not only experience a couple of 'author - audience (often finishes with a simple phrase "oh, cool" or «o, garbage), but the experience of couples "the author - the author. Given that the selected photographers have original artistic vision, and recognized talent, such work is able to move himself and the audience.

for the accuracy of the experiment are selected visually comparable series, built on a large and average plans. In both cases, close monitoring of the world created by man, even though the man in the picture never appears (I think that in an age of billboards and magazine spreads the long-range plan in general has lost the function of an independent genre and become a superfon). Hidden intriguing exhibitions is that the authors come to the seemingly comparable visual results from completely different positions.

vary greatly and their identification. Alexander Slyusarev - an actual master of photography, who has taken a camera into the hands of half a century ago. Aman Geld - a virtual avatar who lives mainly on LiveJournal. Photos Aman Geld'a come from observations of contemporary visual design. Almost every one of his photos, without any changes, you can set as background on the spread of the magazine or poster (even though they are not confined to pragmatic function of design and they have their own lives in the internal dialogue that is interesting to consider). Pictures of Alexander Slyusareva come from a completely different angle - direct photography, the tradition has a very different history and cultural saturation.

Alexander Slyusarev first picked up the camera as much in 1958. Tell someone in the photographic community "San Sanych" - all at once they realize he was talking about, and respectfully nodded. The range, which works as a photographer, is quite wide, and opening a blog in LJ has given him a new degree of freedom and independence. The customary for followers of direct photography feeling camera built into the eye, thanks to the speed of network communication immediately pass selection and sent to the court audience. This tactic allows you to simultaneously work on dozens of developing projects of individual self-contained episodes or side view. In order to delimit the statement, simply create a new tag. The difference between "life" and "photo" is almost erased. With such a totality of the usual Sunday visit to the country in Malakhovka transformed into a spectacular photo series, but that does not fit into the frame - is deprived of attention to history. But in all his works Slyusarev primarily urban dwellers - the observer of domestic landscape pereustroennogo man. For him, he invented his own definition of "flat landscape" - devoid of a linear, diagonal perspective. Yes, indeed, who now takes the natural landscapes? Fans - from an excess of emotion, and professionals - to work (automatically laying in framing space for additional advertising information). The distinct character of a flat landscape may well turn out to be ... still-life. The determining factor in both cases it is - the scene, the scene of an abandoned man, where objects tell about him the whole story. For example, one of the typical still life components from Slyusareva - cuttings of cherry. Using them, the photographer creates a strange fusion of figurative and abstract: cherries really someone ate, but their branches ... they are far too similar to the curved lines with abstract works Vasily Kandinsky or black and white productions Laszlo Moholy-Nagy. The author ironically plays with the accumulated cultural baggage, connecting the "high" and "low": the random spots of paint left on the walls and identifies the painting techniques of abstract expressionism or Tachisme, in the configuration of everyday items - pop art, or constructivism, in the figure of light and shadow - graphic minimalism. Slyusarev virtuoso combined visual and social, so each viewer can see in his work something of his own, depending on the individual and cultural baggage.

Slava Kozlov (aka Aman Geld) - a veteran of LiveJournal. Located behind this avatar is a real person does not position itself as a professional photographer. Rather, it is one of the creative side of personality psychologist, sociologist, mathematician, entrepreneur, traveler and father of a small family. Born in Alma-Ata, was fond of shooting slide film, and studied at Moscow State University physics and mathematics, mountaineering, Conquering the Amangeldy (3999 m), studied at the University of Prague, he studied modern art evolved as a photographer, studied sociology and futurology, found a job Analyst a large design company and moved to Holland, where he lives now. Photography, however, constantly present in his life as a means to analyze and monitor the world. Observation and analysis simply part of his work related to the study of society and the prediction of its future interests and needs. And to do this, we must accurately analyze the present. Therefore, the camera - all the time in their hands. But only a part, made with the help of photos, deliberately highlighted in a special unit, called «Aman Geld» (on behalf of the very, conquered the top of the mountain Ala). By definition, the author himself: «Aman Geld - a perceptual match between an observer and photographer encountered by objects. That is thanks to its "settings" photographer meets a certain sensuous life raised by the situation and with a camera trying to isolate and translate them into a whole photographic image. In practical life it looks quite funny. And his wife and children have long been aware that a walk with his father - is a special class. In the most unremarkable moment, when there seemed to be nothing happening, it suddenly makes the "rack", stops and long freezes, looking from different angles and photographing at different angles (as he himself says, "Processing"), visible only to him visual delights. Surprised passers-by, noticing the heated and enthusiastic shooting rights, out of curiosity, are suitable to see what's going on interesting and ... leave, puzzled shrug. But then, meeting the photo, can not understand where and how it was filmed and why they did not. This is a special condition «Aman Geld». European way of living, of course, affect the aesthetics of his photos - this world is aestheticized, lovingly arranged, filled with original architecture and design, although the author claims that the scene is not as important as it is important to his state and mood. Only after questioning, you can identify the fragments, made in Holland, France, Spain, Austria. While all this pathos of the transfer comes to naught when it detects photos, made without leaving home.

can certainly expect that transferred from the virtual blogosphere in real space of the museum, photos of Alexander and Slyusareva Aman Geld'a will experience a new scaling relation with the audience and the architecture of the hall. I am confident that this experience will be quite interesting. In order to compare the sensations and "feel the pulse" can be written in his notebook two addresses:

author of the exhibition: "Life for me - is to work and create. Otherwise, I have an impression that I do not live at all. The past tells us about our ancestors, now - about ourselves and the future will testify to us through children, through subsequent generations. And it said exactly as much as we bequeath to them. Never mind the fact that everyone has the right to have their own roots, a right which a person is endowed with at birth. Such were my motives when I tried to make my contribution to the memories of ancestors and in the resurrection of the ancient times, famous people who lived then.

open air museum was created from the remnants of bygone days and designed it so well that it attracts visitors as a sort of time machine, returning us all in an age when our parents and their ancestors were the children. Due to this, each visit to this oasis of eternal time fills me with a feeling of special inspiration, and generates a lot of impressions. For quite a long time I ceased to be an ordinary visitor to the museum. I'm going there as a pilgrim who wishes to cleanse the soul, to check their feelings and find yourself in this timeless space. And every time - so it was always - I feel differently. Surrounded by houses that issue their characteristic odor of antiquity, I listen to their silent story, everywhere, all that was happening. And not only ...

Through half-open small windows secular buildings in the yard I can hear the sounds of double shepherd's pipe, merging with the chirping of birds happy and cheerful, and leaning on the doorjamb with furnace obvozhu glance surrounding objects. This visual experience, this moment of physical thrill remains deeply imprinted subconsciously and forever inside me. I'm waiting for the light beam, which must create their own history here, and catching the right moment, I'll write your story with the camera. Every time in every moment. My camera, my third eye seizes this moment in time, saves it from oblivion. Later, today and tomorrow, these photographs will testify on our behalf, the best of the times about which we heard as children ».

author of the exhibition: "The earliest days of communal apartments in St. Petersburg were for me particularly confusing. I knew that I should be more than one occasion to return here and learn some magic word, before I feel the unusual atmosphere of confined spaces. For several years I have photographed these apartments and the daily lives of their residents. Mainly Natasha. She became, imperceptibly for me the most, like a red thread of my story, based on my desire to be in this city and remain in it. She - the very embodiment of the spirit of communal, magnetism of the city, which I have so many years of torment. How much time I was hypnotized by these exciting visions of light and shadow? Someone told me about the ghosts? Someone told me that night in St. Petersburg you can see the invisible and ineffable dream about? »
